8. At times it may be necessary for you to wait while others are being served. We apologize for this. However, if it is necessary for you to wait, we will offer you a comfortable chair and a magazine to help pass the time.

9. If we do not have your size in your preferred style, we will prepare a special order. We will tell you when you can expect to receive the item and let you know of any delays.

10. We will add you to our mailing list so you will receive our newsletter. It keeps you up to date with what we're doing, about our new products and about any upcoming sales.

11. We will keep track of your size, purchases and preferences for you.

12. We guarantee the quality of our merchandise and will repair or replace it if it is defective at time of purchase.

13. We will make arrangements for minor alterations to get the best fit for you.

14. We will give you a refund within 7 days of purchase, if the item is unworn and the tags are still attached to the item. This does not apply to discounted items, post mastectomy items, silicone enhancers, panties or any item that has been worn.

15. To protect your best interests, we do not refund or exchange any item that has been worn or has had the tags removed. This way you can be assured that you are purchasing a new item.
