Nothing is more important to us than your complete happiness with your BraBar experience – and that includes being satisfied with your purchase. We understand that everyone changes their mind, and sometimes we make purchases that we’re not 100% in love with once we get it home. If you are in any way dissatisfied, you have 7 days to arrange for an exchange or store credit note, provided that the item has not been worn, washed, or damaged, and that original tags and labels have not been removed.
Due to the intimate nature of some of our products, there are several items for which we cannot accept returns. For hygienic reasons, panties, body slimmers, swimwear, silicone enhancers, and mastectomy forms can only be exchanged in the event of a manufacturer’s defect.
We take pride in the quality of our merchandise, and will repair or replace any product deemed to have been defective at time of purchase.
