Guarantee and Return Policy:

The BraBar takes pride in the quality of the merchandise offered. We extend a 100% guarantee against manufacturer’s defects and will repair or replace any product if it is defective at time of purchase.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, we will promptly arrange for an exchange, refund or credit note for the full purchase price. To qualify for this guarantee, items must be returned within 7 days for in-store purchases and within 30 days of shipment of merchandise purchased over the internet. Garments must not be worn, washed or damaged and manufacturer's and store tags and labels must not be removed.

Returns are not available for discounted items. For reasons of hygiene, panties, silicone enhancers, mastectomy forms and items that have been worn are excluded from our exchange and refund policy. These items can only be exchanged if there is a manufacturer's defect. Unless we have made an error in processing or shipping your order, shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Customers are responsible for return postage. When returning items, please be sure to include your full name, invoice number, reason for return and whether you would like a refund or replacement. You should consider insuring goods you are returning as you are responsible for all returns until we receive them. The BraBar is not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during shipment of items you are returning.

Refunds will be processed quickly and credited to your charge card and you will be notified by e-mail when the refund has been processed or your new goods have been sent.

Shipping and Handling

We strive to process and ship all orders within 48 hours; of course, this is subject to stock availability. If items are temporarily out of stock or have been discontinued, you will be notified promptly by e-mail.

We ship via Canada Post with a flat rate of $12.00 within Canada and $20.00 to the United States. International shipping is a flat rate of $30.00, inquire for details. Please allow two to six weeks for delivery

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us by e-mail at brabar@shaw.ca. and provide your name, invoice number and the date the order was placed. No charges will be levied on orders canceled prior to shipping. If your order has already been sent, please return it to us as soon as you receive it and we will arrange a refund of the purchase price.

Duty and Taxes:

Residents of Manitoba please add 13% for PST and GST. Residents of other Canadian provinces and customers living outside Canada add 5% for GST.

There is no tax on mastectomy products. Many government and private health plans will reimburse a portion of the product's cost.

Determining Your Bra Size:

We realize that many women have trouble determining their correct bra size, and the best alternative is to have yourself fitted by a qualified bra fitter. We encourage those who are able to visit us for a fitting. If this is not possible, we would be happy to answer any fitting questions you send us by e-mail.
