• Manitobans - as a service provider under Manitoba Health
  
  
• Residents of Ontario - under the Ontario Assistive Devices Program
  
  
• Veterans - as a registered health services provider with Veteran Affairs Canada
  
  
• First Nations women - as a Noninsured Health Benefit service provider with Health Canada
  
  
• Women covered by programs such as Social Assistance
